Again is designed as a private space for couples. We collect only the information needed to provide the app, keep a couple's shared space working, and support people who ask for help. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
2. Information we collect
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, account identifier, display name, and sign-in information. When you use Again, we store the profile details, responses, memories, relationship preferences, and pairing information you choose to add. If you contact support, we receive the information included in your message.
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide your private account and shared couple space, save and show your responses and memories, deliver reminders you enable, maintain security, and respond to support requests. We do not use private answers to advertise to you or anyone else.
4. Your shared space
Pairing connects two accounts to one private relationship space. Your partner can see content that the app is designed to reveal or share between you. Do not add information you would not want your paired partner to see.
5. Service providers
We use carefully selected infrastructure providers to host authentication, data, file storage, notifications, and app-store purchases. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and are bound by their applicable terms and safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. You can remove content in the app where available and can request account deletion through the app or by contacting support@dormdatastudio.online. Account deletion removes the account and associated data subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or backup cycles.
7. Children
Again is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
8. Changes and contact
