1. Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Again, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use Again.
2. What Again is
Again is a private relationship reflection and connection app. It provides prompts, shared spaces, memories, and tools intended to support conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, crisis support, or a substitute for professional advice.
3. Your account and your content
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the information you add. You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you and, where applicable, your paired partner.
4. Pairing with a partner
Only pair with someone you trust. Pairing creates a shared relationship space and may allow the other person to see shared content. You can end a pairing or delete your account through the app where those controls are available.
5. Respectful use
Do not use Again to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm anyone. Do not attempt to access another person's account or shared space without permission, interfere with the app, or use it unlawfully.
6. Purchases
Any paid features or subscriptions are offered through the relevant app store and are subject to that store's billing terms. Prices, availability, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store unless local law requires otherwise.
7. Disclaimers and limits
We work to keep Again available and useful, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, Again is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim.
8. Changes and contact
